  • The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for check-in. If the primary guest will not be present, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.   • Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24-hour security guards.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or pets are permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations may result in charges, eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Fees and Payments

  • There is an additional fee to keep your boat in the water. Arrangements must be made directly with Sandpiper Cove resort.
  • To secure a boat dock space, visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. There is a fee for renting dock space.
  • This unit does not include beach service. Beach service may be purchased at the beach for an additional fee.

Parking Information

  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes. There is no assigned parking.
  • Trailers and boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking, arrangements must be made off-site.
  • Trailers must be stored off-site.

  • Sandpiper Cove has 24-hour security guards.
  • The unit is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
