  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
  • Trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking, please contact local Destin, FL facilities.

Boat and Dock Policies

  • To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. There is a fee for renting dock space.
  • There is an extra fee to keep your boat in the water. Arrangements must be made directly with Sandpiper Cove resort.
  • You must store your trailer off site.

Policies and Rules

  • NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
